Iv'e tried to fit my Radtec 500 i/cooler but the hose that goes from the turbo to the i/cooler seems too small (its the original ford hose orange sort of coloured one). Iv'e measured the outlets of the i/cooler & they are about 63-64mm across but the hose is the same diameter. Iv'e also measured my old 4x4 cooler & the outlets are slightly smaller 61-62mm. Are the aftermarket silcone hoses slightly bigger to fit this i/cooler, has anyone else had this problem.

Yeah had exactly the same problem simonc..... Used a bit of grease and a Snap-On hose tool to get it on..... but bit of grease and blunt flat blade screwdriver should do!
