Default what polishing cloth to use?

as above really used to use mutton cloth on my previous cars but was told not to recently as it can put light scratches in the paint/lacker (sp).

some one has advised 3m finishing cloths which you can put in the washing machine and reuse

any other help would be appreciated

try to use good quality plush microfibre cloths from a reputable brand (sonus or meguires to name a few ) never wash them with softener just washing powder and test them regularly on a blank cd to see if they scratch it
halfrauds do sell these cloths however if you do a search for sonus polishing cloths you will find plenty of places selling them.
