escort rs2000 or gti or 130ps escort models will have the rear set up u need and u will need a new handbrake cable to suit, its quite an easy fitment you just have to cut a little corner off the fiesta hub carrier to fit the rear disk set up on it

TBPH I wouldn't bother from what I've seen rears disc conversions over brake the back of the car unless bias valves or a proper pedal box is used. The standard FRST drums are quite up to the job at hand when looked after so why mess about for the sakes of looking nice

i got mine from the fiesta centre, think the kit retails around the £220/230 mark
you get custom rear hubs, bearings, caliper brackets and spacers, handbrake cable, wheel studs ect. i've had mine on for about 2 years and had no probs with the rear locking up
any questions pm me

ive got the fiesta centre kit, i dont use or need the bias valves as mine is even braking, and i havent nor will i ever get a problem with the back over braking to the front.
ok ive got escort cos disc and calipers up the front, but mine being a FRST has different rear bias valves (factory fitted) to lower spec models so i wont say every fiestas will not need bias valves fitted.
1 problem/thing i didnt like is the fact the kid pushed the wheels out by upto 20mm a side towards the arch, but a problem i shall over come when my engineering workshop is set up, in the form of me making new hubs
although i have them on my rs, and it does look the nuts, rear disc on a fiesta is really just that, looks, the hand brake is far better on drums than disc, and the calipers are prone to seizing up if not used a lot or just gen a bit crappy to start with.
if you got money to burn go for it, if not, stay with drums, well, i say that, if its a 1.1 or something at least upgrade to 2i/frst drums

best and cheapest option is to get a later spec mk5 zetec-s fiesta rear beam and also focus 2ltr stub axles and calipers etc.
as ian said not only do you improve the braking but also the stifness of the rear end alot!
i have only had mine over braking to the rear once and that was on the mk6 near birmingham on all of the elevated sections as i was slowing down in the slow lane and the front and back of the car followed different truck wheel tracks..... scary moment!
part from that it has been fine!

dont see much point fitting a ZS beam, every boday raves about them but ive not had any problems with my rs even and ive chucked it into some bends i can tell ya , its norm the front under steering that presents a problem.
in all fairness, rear disc is for looks, it doesnt improve the rear brakes at all, and ive still got my rear disc on
still, theres many ways of doing it, the rs2k rear set up is another way and prob a better way th as it has drum(inside or disc) as hand brake and the disc for braking
