Well.... i am currently selling my house, and today had an open house from half one to half two, which meant basically anyone can go and view the house without an appointment.

Well... the estate agent picked the key up from my partner (Mike) at 1pm as neither of us could get out of work for a full hour...... mike went hone at 1.30pm just to make sure that matey boy had found his way round ok, only to walk in through the front door, wide open, to hear matey boy upstairs in the spare room, playing the guitar!

Now, this guitar hasnt been touched for years, and its tucked right in a corner, behind a desk and an amp and a bin, so the little scrote must have made a fair effort to get to it, probably having to climb on the desk! Cheeky little shit!

needless to say mike went mental and frog marched him out the house...... now this little shit had already been in the house fo half an hour on his own, so what the fuck else had he been doing?!

oooooooh makes my blood boil.

so i got on the phone to the manager, who was gobsmacked, called the little shit in who apparently started crying! yeah yeah.....

I'm still in shock though.

So, William H Brown will not be having my business.

Thats just so wrong...... and to be honest i cant fault the agents up until today... and normally mike would never let anyone into the house unaccompanied this is the first time!

Ive told them to terminate the cotract immediately so i know they wont be going in there again!

We were asked if we wanted to take part in the "open house" thing when we were selling ours, but I reckoned that all the nosey locals would come round. If they've got people seriously wanting to look at your house, then they'll make proper arrangements for a viewing.

agree'd, it';s only the ones the general public tend to deal with

my agent was a total cock as well and when i said "right, stop fucking baout, if it's not done by x then i'm walking away" he was shitting himself and got the job sorted
why he had to wait 4 fucking months for me to get annoyed enough to say "i'm coming to see you at 2, you'd best be there" when he said it would be srted within 6 weeks is beyond me
