home hub
hello guys
my hub lights keep flashing on and off and i keep losing internet connection iv tried shit loads of stuff i even rang bt and was on the phone for half an hour and he said it was sorted but it isnt.
has anyone ever had the same problem or knows what it is.

seriously though we had the same problem and finally after 3different hubs and a 3 hour row and me threatening to change providers they aggreed that the hub was crap, they finaly aggred to send out a voyager 2500v and a free cordless digital phone so that we could still use the BB phone.

well it just keeps dropping connection at the minete like all the lights will be on then will go off and lose connection and then come back on fooking annoying when your doin something

get on to them first thing and play the fuck up tell them your not happy your paying for always ON internet access and your not actually getting that, I.E Breach of contract therefore they either replace the hub with a suitable replacement for the hub or you will be taking your custom elsewhere,

but interfirence on the phone line cos the hub was fucking up
same old an hour later after being told it's this and that they said we'l get a new hub
