Been dieting recently, lost 2 stone so far.

Been going to the gym and all that now and again but decided to play some squash. I haven't played for years but I used be not bad at it. Played against a mate from my pool team. He ran me ragged. I can hardly walk

One gets better I suppose!!

quazar! quality, haven't played that in years. Used to play all the time when I used to go an see my dad in lincoln. All the ones round here go turned into nightclubs!

LOL I can move now! Nice soak in the bath sorted me out. Going to have to try again next week see if I can beat him!

My best mates and my birthdays next two weekends. I think the diet is going to lose those weeks

have lost a stone myself jon, just another one to go dont get me wrong ive lost it through not eating properly and the stress of splitting with the bint not diet lol still drink like a twat, who says you have to stop drinking to lose it

no joke mate im ripping all the fitted wardrobes and bed out and putting a weight bench in the spare bedroom now

 

i havent played since i was about 10,, so me and a few mates thought we would have a go last night,, well funny,,,

theres a quasar toy ya can buy in the gadget shop that gives ya a electric shock in ya hand when ya shot

a kid in work bought one and took it into work today, was a fooking laugh

it's proper hard I tell you. I haven't been doing any fancy diets or anything. Just health eating and thinking before I stick any food/drink in my gob! I don't drink during the week when I play pool etc now. I still have a few beers with my mates out etc. I aint going all reclusive. It's small things like before i'd go out for a meal and eat ribs and chips, now I have chicken and potato. It all adds up.

Big thing is don't drink Coke down the pub (diet coke ok) cos a coke has as many calories as a pint of beer.
