it's proper hard I tell you. I haven't been doing any fancy diets or anything. Just health eating and thinking before I stick any food/drink in my gob! I don't drink during the week when I play pool etc now. I still have a few beers with my mates out etc. I aint going all reclusive. It's small things like before i'd go out for a meal and eat ribs and chips, now I have chicken and potato. It all adds up.
Big thing is don't drink Coke down the pub (diet coke ok) cos a coke has as many calories as a pint of beer.
