thinking bout geting some head work done for my 3i got a magnex manifold and system on it at the mo , thinking bout a k&n aswell but not sure if will fit? as dnt know if remote irv or not. was thinking of stage 2 head and not sure how much would cost . also what is best cam for my car just want a mild 1 realy any help apreciated.

ive just the same to my efi orion, had the head done by cylinder head developements. just ported and blended with standerd vlvs
then used Kent cvh32k cam kit.
ok ut not much differance. manly i think the efi mangement doesnt allow the engine to rev well.not like the old mfi if you do the same mods.
oh and i fitted a K&N panel filter.
