I know its not a ford but i brought it to use but insurance is beyond a joke so unfortunately its now up for sale for someone else to enjoy.
The car is as stated in the title a very rare car indeed only 1 of 1000 made worldwide and if im told correctly 1 of only around 100 in this country.
The car is fully hpi clear and has 12months MOT but no tax.
The car is standard outside and in with only the addition of a set of 22B alloys to the exterior which are forged aluminium so weigh nothing at all.
Being a type ra the car is very light and agile and extremely quick. it has got every sti extra that was available inc the pink rear link bars which are uncommon even on the sti versions, the carbon strut brace and the aluminium intercooler.
The cars standard horse power is 280 but has got a HKS Hi-power exhaust system and elctronic boost set-up so over 300 now i would hope.
The car has done 56k miles and has only had 2 owners from new.
Im not interested in p/x or swaps unless someone is willing to swap for an escos(i wish).
Im looking for offers as close to £7250.

No not all type ras had the roof vent only the sti type ras this is a wrx type ra much rarer.

I had the exact same model, it doesn't have "it has got every sti extra...." etc etc simply because it is not an sti!

But it does look like a nice example at very very keen price

This is a not a wrx STI, its a wrx RA, with some sti bits on it.

They have close box and lighter panels as standard, mine fucking flew to be fair and was only standard.

Nice car good price.

 

And they are rare too, only 1000 of this model made for that production run, think mine was no. 666 from memory

 

Just to clear a few things up people are talking about somethings which they cant understand. Im not advertising the car as an STI it is a "WRX type RA". And from my research owners when buying cars brand new could choose to have the car taken to have all of these bits put on i.e. the alloy intercooler ,carbon fibre strut brace and sti rear link bars etc...dfjk

we'll, you're in luck cos you only need 6.5k . I used to have a wrx RA and can vouch for the whole flying business.

 

Looks like its on uprated suspension too.... they didnt come that low from the factory. Bonus is that being a jap import, its probably quality kit rather than 80mm jamex springs from Halfrauds.

Nice looking car, very cheap at 6500, wheels look brilliant.
