Default Safe Boost?

Currently on standardish boost at 7psi.

-31 Actuator
Pace Half width cooler
Turbosystems stage 1 chip
Turbo Technics Stage 1 Turbo
Pipercross cone filter
Full Magnex system
Bailey D/V

Making 150bhp ATW on this spec.

Well serviced, always good oil used.

Proffesionally set up by AVA and its recently had new leads and a radiator. Also have the fan on a switch in car so temps are somewhat manageable.

Would about 1bar or 14psi safe for my spec? What would you reccomend?

14psi should be no problem but the PACE half width cooler is only marginally better than standard so watch those ACT's

u sure youve not turned the boost down, 150@wheels with 7 psi sounds way off, youd prob see that at 12-14psi of boost, best bet is get it booked back in and tell them you want the boost up a bit and they will tell you how much boost can be run safely,i reckon youll make around 150@wheels on 14psi(provided you take the cone filter off as thats stage 1 power and boost, your acts are gonna start creeping into the 70 at least so more boost wont actually make more power, front mount needed to go beyond this
