How much BHP with...
Fully rebuilt engine with standard intercooler, Piper 285T2 cam and -31, working at 9psi?
I´m wondering about 150bhp...

Wrong cam, high boost cams are no good in standard cars.
Change the cam or chip it to 15psi then you will see the full potential of the cam.

As above. Don't bother with the cam. Chipped ECU, -31 Actuator and around 12psi should see 150-160bhp.

As above again. That cam really isn't any good at that spec. If the cam in there is dead a new standard one will be quite up to the job
Take your dump valve off as well fella RST's don't like them
