As per title, has anyone had dealings with these people?

I've been waiting nearly 3 weeks for a set of lowering springs which apparently were in stock when i ordered, then as if by magic, out of stock when they came to be delivered.

I'm getting all the excuses that the distributor hasnt shipped them and it'll be another 7 -10 days blah blah blah.

It really fuckin annoys me when people piss you about instead of being upfront to start with... aaaaarrgh

They've promised me a refund tommorow, time will tell if they can even do that right - i feel a trip to andover comming up

 

I got a K&N panel filter for my er... Berlingo van the other day from them,

no problems and was delivered only a couple of days after

ordering.

Thats the thing, he's got loads of good feedback on the bay, but like a twat i phoned him direct and paid for them outside of ebay cos i needed them in a rush.

With hindsight, if i'd have paid through paypal, i suppose i'd have some recourse if he doesnt refund the money, they just come across a bit half soaked, never return calls etc..

Oh well we'll see what happens tommorow.

 

I did speak to them and to me they seemed proffesional.

I have got stuff off them in the past through e-bay, and again

service was good.

I live near andover, they seem alright lads i would say that tho i get dscount lol i know a few people that have had to wait around tho.
