I said it to a young lad who said his"mate"wanted to build a focus cossie,

and how much would it cost?

It was said tongue in cheek,and taken that way by the lad i had jokingly

said it to.

We never said anything like this to any genuinely interested

enquiries,and I can't see any problem with asking for offers either ?

Quite often irish with cash on the hip @ fordfair looking for well built

modified fords.

The feature looked good, 17k isn't bad really for a car that was built less than a year ago.

I preffered the djm 4x4 one with the mag arms and stroked engine though, that appeared to have tons more potential even if it wasn't as blinged up

I can definitely tell you it AIN'T that cheap

This car is one of a very few steve scott, A1 shells,fitted with full GENUINE

focus rs panels and trims,including the headlights!

It has a full t45 hand built tig welded roll cage,stack dash,nitrous,

big brakes,18" alloys ,etc,etc let alone all the detailing to make

it stand apart from the other run of the mill conversions.

I very much doubt he would sell it

If he is talking about the DJM built one then I would say its the right money for that sort of car.

Both are nice but just because it has a nice cage and a ton of aeroquip it doesn't make it worth more than a group A escorrt cosworth IMO.
