I am only 18 and i have always wanted to own a mk1/2 escort,

now i have nearly got the funds to start looking i was just wondering
where the best places to start looking?

I am looking for 2door,and also poss restro as i have my Fiesta to run about in @ the mo!

hello tiller first thing is 2 keep the engine size down the insurance will be a nite mare 4 a 2 litre,i was like u i've allways wanted a mk 2 rs2000 but no would insure me when i was 18 so waited & waited & when i was 22 i got 1,3 years later & i've still got her

 

Get a copy of Classic Ford as soon as its released and go through it with a fine tooth comb as theres alot of ppl advertising in there

yeah its bad enough with a 1.1 fiesta

but was hopefully gonna get a 1.3etc..... then throw that away then build my own 1.6 pinto or sumthink along them lines hopefully!
