Default I am after a Series 1 RS Turbo

Hi there, I am new to the forum but it seemed like the best site to join. I am after a Series 1 RS Turbo. I first drove one in 1986, it was C777 JJX.

It has taken me this long to be in a position to have a weekend/fair weather car.

I am after a nice car, not concors or anything, just one I can be proud of and keep for a long time.

I am also curious if C777 JJX is still out there.

So, anyone out there with a nice car who is wanting to sell, get in touch.

Cheers Nick

Thanks for the PM, it is more than I have to spend at this moment in time. I will have to re-think how much I have to spend to get a car as nice as yours

I viewed one yesterday but it wasn't the one for me, still looking though.

I am unable to make this weekends show which is a shame, there may be a few on offer there.

Hopefully I will find one before the summer ends!!!

I am beginning to think this is not as easy as you might think, people after top money for not so good cars, people not getting in touch when they say they will, now there are a few of us in a queue waiting to buy a nice S1.
If I had the petrol money back Ive spent looking at cars I would be able to afford a mint one!!!!

Nick.

I am not too keen on giving out my budget but I will be looking to spend more than £3k. I don't want to be offered over priced ones that ain't that good if you know what I mean.

This will be a car to keep though, mid life crisis at 40 and all that.
