Default cortina mk5 2.0 gl

hi, i have just bought a mk5 cortina and the suspension is really high and soft, i was wondering could someone please tell me how i can lower the car and harden the suspension, if it involves having to get springs could you please advise me where to get them from as i have not got a clue!

Gas shocks and either renew/polybush the bushes, there's shit loads of em under there

Rally Design for springs and Gaz shocks and poly bushes (don't use deflex ones there pants!!!!!)

I use DEFLEX without any problems, and Superflex.

Used both Deflex BUT imo superflex are far better

To be perfectly honist if deflex wernt so cheap i wouldn't use em, they changed the design of the bushes, they rarely fit and that's IF they actually get to you.
Longest ever wait for a set was 5 weeks and then some of them were wronge and it took 2 more weeks to get the correct ones, shortest was a week but they still sent the wronge front axle bushes and when they finaly sent the correct ones (after again sending the wronge size a week later) i still had to cut the rear ones down to fit
On the pluss side the other 4 sets i've had off em arrived ok and were correct
I also like the fact that they ride softer than superflex

Having said that they are now a new company and i havn't had any dealing since the take over
