Just flicking between the Villa v Inter game and the Sunderland v Juventus one and they have just gone to adverts in the middle of it like ITV do with F1 or boxing coverage. Anyone know if they do this in the competitive games as well or is it just friendlies?

I reckon it'll be like that all the way through. They do it in Italy, Spain, France etc. Have done for years. Throw in, corner, goal kick - 10-15 sec advert

Really? I know they have to generate revenue and its good that someone is challenging Sky but thats going to be shit. They aren't short adverts either.

 

I remember years ago I was in Italy sat watching a footy match one evening and everytime there was a throw or whatever, an edvert would pop up Sometimes literally a few seconds worth It was like subliminal advertising

 

It's because the games are not on live - Live games you get no adverts
