The way i did mine, was just get a flat head screwdriver and carefully prize the rubber out gradually. Might be another way of doing it, but that worked for me. Or thinking about it, you could slice round the rubber with a stanley but you would obviously need to replace it with a new seal.

yeh cheeRS fella thats what i did and some string to pull it out a bit....bastard has a little little crack that then moved swiftly up the screen
