Default Elise driving experience days.....

Where from, How much and are they any good? The missus wants an Elise, but I doubt I can afford one so I was thinking of getting her one of those driving experiences?

Silverstone do one for 150, but you only do 9 laps of the small back circuit, any better ones out there?

Cheers.

Seriously though it would be for 'Her" as I am very Blue oval blinkered (not that I dont respect other marques for what their cars can (still) do)

Though if I had a Lotus it would have to be and Exige or Esprit.

I have been looking for one for my other half and found these 2

http://www.racing-school.co.uk/driving/lotusexp.asp#

Or This one

http://www.gift-heaven.com/lotus_elise_experience.htm

Still not sure which one to go for

With most i have found you only get about 20 min in car time been told that the Rockingham is really good

Also Silverstone dont do the Lotus Elise one its the Lotus Exige

Have you never heard of Autotrader?

My mate's selling a S2 Elise, but I best get him to phone Lee to get the market rate before putting it up!

I went to Hethal as well - half day around the track, and half day around the factory.

Was arranged through SELOC, but I'm sure they are just open to public too.

That seemes pretty good, about the same amount of time in the car as the others but alot cheaper, and a tour of the factory.

They are going for around 7K plus on autotrader.
