I've got a Fitness test tomorrow for the RN and I'll be buggered if I'm not slightly nervous about it.

I know the drill, the Phys instructor whacks what speed I need to run at and I do it till he says done.. no problem, really.. not a problem at all, yet I'm still worried..

Anyone got any ideas to calm myself down? Pissing me off because I feel fine but my stomach feels like its being mixed by a cement mixer.

we get scared or nervous - shit yourself and the thing your wary of runs away....

However i dont think you sjould try this tomorrow, have a nice walk or jump on ya ole school bike and chill.

 

You can get some stuff called Kalms from Boots or similar. My wife used it to cure her driving test nerves, and it worked.
