Why do we get so nervous about such trivial things..
I've got a Fitness test tomorrow for the RN and I'll be buggered if I'm not slightly nervous about it.
I know the drill, the Phys instructor whacks what speed I need to run at and I do it till he says done.. no problem, really.. not a problem at all, yet I'm still worried..
Anyone got any ideas to calm myself down? Pissing me off because I feel fine but my stomach feels like its being mixed by a cement mixer.
