had to deliver a 3 seater sofa to a customer in brighton to day on the 9th floor which was 18 fleights of stairs as it would'nt fit in the fcuking lift

this customer rang the store and some jumped up little twat said we was to do it and we were not to leave untill it was done well with that we gave him a call

he would'nt talk to use (dont no why)

any way 1 1/2 hours later we left with the sofa back on the back of the lorry

got back today and me and my m8 have been serpended of 5 days as this jumped up twat as put a compalent in say we threadened the brighton store assistant manager

may have to take a drive down there and see him face to face and she just how big he realy is

 

what if hes 6" 6 and built like a brickshithouse?

Dave i want need dirictoins but you could go in and ask for andrew and then say you live on the top floor say 12th floor or some thing and see if the dilivery crew will carry it to the top verer stairs i bet he will say YES just so you spend Ł2 to Ł3000 pound with them

I used 2 work for M&S furniture H/O and i felt sorry for the hays drivers.. sumtimes ppl just wont accept it wont fit.. or wen it gets there and its fucked.. the drivers are there 2 take the flack..

i was in the ware house doing GOODS IN and a range of sofas came in from france they only cost Ł1060 to them they are selling them for around Ł2600+

yep.. well they times the sofas by 6 to get that cost.. as for ur average Ł600 dining table... Ł80 (made in lithuania)

hey small world, i used to work for hays and before that i worked for masterspeed, cross my palm with silver matey and you can have it where you want ? i even got a Ł10 tip out of the top guy at baker street for setting up the furniture at the ideal home exhibition.

as for a sofa your have to go tho the catalogen m8 and have a look

nomad, yer we dont mind doing it if there cash there but this bloke did'nt give us fook all or offer as any thing for doing it but we did get a tenner for taking out a old unit for to a garage which only took about 2minutes
