Hey guys. Anybody else out there done this conversion keeping the EFI.
I hope to put the engine in within the next week but was wondering about ECU's. I heard some work and some dont. I have a couple, one has TELL written on it. Any help appreciated.

u need a 1.8 escort water pump oil pump sump and pick up pipe, as long as the ecu is from the same car the engine and loom come out it should work , u need to cut the loom in to ur mk2 loom its only 7 wires from what i can remeber , ur need a modded fuel tank to take the pump , with a swirl pot , diffrent fuel lines for the efi ( hi presher ones ) ur can use a xr2 cvh flywheel and clutch to go with ur xr2 gear box and ur have to mod a cvh engine mont by cuttin a cople of bits of to it clears the head and oil pump hope that helps

ohh forgot to metion u need to make a fuel pump loom but guess u relised that lol theres only one wire from the zetec loom and it gose to the relay to prime it lol
