Where can I get a set of these injectors at a competative price please for my 4x4 sapphire cossie?Anyone on here selling them?
Thanks.Lee.
Thanks.Lee.
you can get remaned ones from www.rockauto.com for about half the price of new ones. just look up a mid eighties porsche 944. and with as week as my dollar is to your pound they are probably even cheaper for you.

But, a quick answer to your question is EBAY. Prices for Bosch 803 "Greens" are coming down all the time. £100 or so should buy you a good used set.
The 803 that I think is used is 0-280-150-803, which is std fit PORSCHE 944 TURBO, 2.5l 4 pot.
Most injectors are 2.5 or 3 bar, but some are 3.7 bar notably PORSCHE and CHRYSLER, but this porsche is 2.7 bar, does not matter that they are getting less bar on a cossie, it's all calculated when chip is written.
All I am saying is be careful as there are many exact looking injectors but wholly different flow rates.

So did they make Green Bosch injectors with multiple different flow rates? I have greens in my Cossie, it reads ''0280155968'' on them. When I google the part number it says these injectors flow 440 cc or 42 lb. But still some people say these Greens are ''only'' 380 cc? What is the right flow rate with these injectors?
You may have Light Greens in yrs? I don't know what number the light greens are but the Dark greens that are for stage 3 use on a cossie should end 803.
Hope that helps a little?

I googled my part number and this kind of specs follows:
http://www.fiveomotorsport.com/bosch...ant-0280155968
- 42lbs/hr, 450 cc/min @ 3 bar, 12.2 Ohms
- Latency (dead time): 12 volts, 0.459ms; 14 volts, 0.224
- Bosch Part Number 0280155968
- Volvo Part Number 9202100
450 cc/min, would this mean that these injectors would flow about the same than grey and light blues?
Many sources state that the green injectors should have a flow rate of 380cc/min @ 3 bar...

How does it affect then if these are high-impedance injectors as they should not be? These injectors should then flow enough fuel to make power in the same range as light blues and greys, I guess these injectors aren't problem for chip makers as long as they know the part number and full specs...? Im just confused that previous owner has installed these instead of the right ones and still the car seems to work perfectly.

I found some info that plugging in low-impedance injectors into engine requiring high-impedance injectors, is dangerous and might do some damage. But instead, using high-impedance injectors in a car that needs low-impedance ones, should work.
Now I believe one of the previous owners have bought a chip for 803's, but instead accidentally installed these 440cc hi-imp injectors...
