Default court summons, update, got it, any advice

is there a standard time from receiving the court summons letter, ie 2 weeks? or just pot luck? etc

waiting on one still, but want to book a few things up in advance!

right just got back off holiday, and its on the door mat

Am i doing the right thing sending it back pleading not guilty? As ive seen no evidence to prove i was doing 105mph, other than what the cop told me?

Would it be a case of turning up and pleading not guilty on the grounds ive not seen any evidence< then once shown the evidence , calbration docs etc, changing my plea to guilty?

but won't you be worse off pleading not guilty then once shown evidence changing it to guilty. Maby admit speeding but your speedo was reading under 100, then if they got the evidence say my speedo must be wrong.

Or are you hoping they don't bring any evidence with them and let you off. although i can't see this happening

As above,

If you really don't think they have evidence then plead not quilty

If you think they do, then plead guilty and say your speedo read 80 or something
