iv got an early XR3 with the webber carb, iv seen a few on ebay ect but none with the red and black seats! is my car special? its only done 28000 miles n runs like new, its a shame ford never put any half decent sus on them!

Black cloth seats with red horizontal stripes was std, my dad had it on his new in 1980 on a silver xr3.

I have a Black Mk3 XR3 in my garage, 4 speed as well

I forgot about that but yes my dads was 4 speed, also had no rear fogs(germany) so just modded the rear bulb holders as all wires etc there and plugged in switch.
He paid £2870 BRAND NEW in 1980.(tax free!!)
