brake fluid change
Hi,
I'm putting on some new Goodridge Brake Lines and changing the brakes pads and disc's on my ST220 Mondeo. So I'm thinking of changing the Brake Fluid for some fresh Dot4 whilst the wheels are off.
a) What is the recommended way to change the brake fluid on a Mondeo ST220..?
My guess is to just take the brake line off (wheel) closest to the Brake Master Cly and use the conventional method (pump brake peddle) whilst topping up new fluid until the old stuff is removed.. And then bleed the brakes.
b) what is the method to bleed the brakes on the ST220.. Conventional method or Ignition on so that ABS is primed..?
any advise would be welcome.
thanks,
Manoj
