I am thinking of setting up an account as i am getting pissed off with banks when i am trying to send me money to the UK!

Is it really secure?

ive just been looking into what the fees are but as long as you just transfer its free ?

yes thats correct. the money just goes from your palpal into their pay pal account. sometimes people ask for 3-4% to cover costs. my best advice is only use it through the pay now button on ebay and nowhere else. this service saves me alot of waiting time and effort

I was under the impression that its not exactly safe to use paypal and you have no garuntee that possible frauds and shit wont happen. I'm sure I read on here somewhere that someone lost quite a few quid through a transaction ....

Been using paypal for 2 years now and havent had a spot of bother with it yet. Quite handy as more & more places online are using paypal as a means of payment

PayPal is only good when you know who you are dealing with IMO

When you pay someone by PayPal, the company 'PayPal' actually take 3-4% of the fee to use the system, so make sure you pay enough to the person you're buying off so they don't loose out
