Default Big dent... small budget... help please....

Hey guys, i have a bit of a dent by my rear wheel arch on my car where i sort of caught the bumper of another car... hmmm.....anyway, im selling my corsa as i am getting a golf so i need to get rid of the dent, but dont want to pay too much.. so far i have been quoted between £200 - £300, but i was wondering if anyone knew anywhere that might be able to do it a bit cheaper?? dont really mind where.. im in kent.

1 x hairdryer
1 x can of "air duster"
1 x soft cloth

Procedure

warm dented area with hair dryer, turn air can upside down and spray dented area with 'liquid' air, wait until dent has pulled itself out, wipe residue away...
