Hello people im looking for more power in my 1.1 engine.lol i was wondering cn i fit a xr2 carb onto my enigne? if i can wat would i need to replace? second question can i fit a power boost valve to this engine?

 

I doubt you can fit the XR2 carb and even if you could it would need rejetting to work with your engine.

PowerBoost valves are complete shit. Fullstop. Wouldn't fit one to anything ever.

I know it's not what you want to hear but yuo are not going to hike the power from this motor. Even spending a small fortune you will still be left with very little additional power. Save your cash and change the car, it honestly is your only sensible option.

 

as oranoco says no chance mate, you could opt for an engine swap... but i imagine you have a 1.1 for cost/insurance reasons... the only way to make it faster is to strip it out remove an ything unessecary... that will make you accelerate faster but you'll probably lose some of your limited comfort
