What is the difference between mk3.5 1.1 lower arms and mk3 FRST/XR lower arms. What is the benefits of running the RS/XR lower arms and are they interchangable?

How much do RS lower arms cost from Ford?

frst arms, well the ball joints, are 10mm longer and 10mm set back

all other arms apart from power steering ones are the same

 

So its safe to assume my mk3.5 1.1 items are the same as mk3.5 RS1800 ones?

Oh and regarding my other ARB query - is it ok to re-use the bolts for the brackets or should i buy new ones?

well if your using bolts to cut a thread, if it looks a bit toss, fit new, but get some in spare incase yo balls one up

and as for ball joints, the lower spec cars norm have the 2 rivet fixing and the higher spec the 3 bolt fixing, but ive seen miss match arms/ball joints on different fiestas tbh mate
