hi guys,

ok i have recently stripped my 4x4 to bits for a project and for
something to do,

i want to replace the old factory fuel lines with s/s braid and earls
fittings, all the way from the tank to the fuel rail and the return back to the tank.

heres the question what size line should i be using???
i have a genesis fuel rail,044 FP,and a sard FPR.
i was thinking about -8 from the fuel pump/tank to the rail and
a -6 return back to the tank???

any help much appreciated

 

AFAIK most fuelpipes are 8mm. Feed and return are same diameter ideally.

 

what's your engine spec ?

 

brand new rebuild, forged je pistons, fully balanced, complete rebuilt head

not in the car yet but as soon as the shell is ready it will be!

 

-6 feed to the rail will be fine for that spec
