what oil to use

what oil to use
ive got a 1.8 zvh. wots the best oil to use. normally use mobil 1 fully synthetic but ive been told to go for sumthing abit thicker.

lol, I use golden syrup in mine, its just the right thickness

i use 15 30 for my high spec van coz fully synthetic made my engine rattly on top end
