home gym help.....
.... i got a home gym off me nextdoor neighbour for quite cheap (40rips) and it's only got a small Lateral pulldown bar,
does anyone know where you can buy these? oh and the make is york if that helps

could allways try and make one... if you know a good welder! all you need is a strong piece of bar, mark out the middle and then get the welder to weld a ring in the middle! make sure its a strong weld thought...
