Stronger spring or std spring with a 5mm or such size packing plate to make it higher pressure

the pinto pump use a different top plate on the pump so if you plane on using one then you have to use your cosworth 2wd top plate and you will be fine

Well its a pinto engine....

Got stupid oil pressure problems,so thinking of putting a 2wd pump in,hence asking the question...

Think id be better off just putting a straight replacement in,or have a go with a 2wd 1??

if you have a oilpump problem then replace the oil pump but if your problem i engine related then no pump will fix it

If it's a pinto one then just buy a pinto pump you can get them for £25-£30
