Default removing charge cooler on bt esc .nightmare please look!!!

as above have bought a big cooler today and fitting kit but need to sort out the pipe work to the charge cooler anyone know best and easiest way please may of been asked before but i cannot find it anywhere

Jeff im sure PewteRS did this on his, try sending him a PM mate he has large turbo and has fitted big cooler. So has Rolls come to think of it so try him too.

You need a U-bend which is available from Samco / Pro-Alloy to bypass the charge-cooler arrangement.

i bought a u bend pipe samco but mounted cooler on 2 holes at front of chassie rails { was a nightmare} but the bracket that the raidiator sits on then is about 1" apart from where i need it to be must be an easier wat than this anyone make a bracket to solve this . worst job ive had to do for ages

You need the little bracket mate - you then mount the little bracket using the hole where the rad was originally mounted, and you can then use the 2 holes on the bracket to mount both the rad and cooler very easily. You'll also need the extra fitting kit to mount the cooler - you can see it all bolted up in the pic!

rolls i have all the kit except that little bracket barstewards never told me i needed one when bought cooler. where did you buy your bracket mate? and many thanks for reply

radman fitting a radtec 60mm !!!!!!!!! doing my head in ? wish people told me if any extra bits needed to fit this would of saved time and stress

I got my bracket with the cooler chap - Pro-Alloy jobbie - although I'm slightly confused why you wouldn't have got the little bracket with the cooler unless it mounts in a different way.. - not that i'd know about any other makes of cooler and fitting i'm afraid
Have you done a search on here at all? - you can normally find the awnser to all queries with a little searching

could not find any info on search mate but i am no expert on here bought a radtec 60mm cooler and no bracket supplied from pj motorsport thanks anyway
