is it a r33 or r32

if its a r32, check the fuse for the 4wd system, removing it makes it rwd only,

if its the r33, you need to bleed it, not sure how to go about this, :S

let me no how you get on, ill ask my tuner, he sorted ours

r try starvos, hes pretty clued up on jap stuff, i imagine chips might have sontheing to say to
