Does anyone know where I can get a dipstick from for my 4x4 cosworth? As ive come to check the oil level and noticed the end missing. (need to get the bit that has snapped off from my sump)

Has anyone else had this before?

Time for a megnety type thingamajigg!

 

Yep I need one of those megnety type thingamajigg!!!! Only had the car 2 weeks, just about to set out my local RS meet and noticed that!

 

I would not worry about getting the broken off bit out of the sump had snap of 2 in mine and where in the sump for around 2 years untill i had to replace the oil pump and take the sump off and found 3 broken ends in there

Fook knows why they break off ??????

I keep a broken one in mine now and have a new dip stick in the boot only use it when i check the oil
