0.5mm Ally Shim bonded to head

ARP Rod Bolts
All new Rings, Seals, Bearings
Front Breather blocked, two fitted on the rear

Breather oil return fitted to rear of sump, and turbo oil return on the front

New water pump

The Block was bored out to take the pistons, and crank polished as it did not need a grind

Modified cam cover giving second breather, powdercoated black

Fully Reconditioned head, drilled and tapped to take t3 manifold

T3 & Manifold included,

Also ;a 4 paddle, megasquirt1 v3 board ,innovate lc1wideband lambda sensor kit, 370cc side fed injectors, Powder Coated Efi Inlet Manifold, Breather Pot,

 

Spec for what? and how much?


as all seems good, but ott if you want 170 bhp, and not worth it if £7k.

 

to go into an rst s2. i can get it all for £1500 what bhp do you recon?

 

std head? what spec turbo?


i dont know much about zetec turbo's but guess around 300+ bhp with correct turbo.

 

yea standerd zetec head. and a garrett t3 turbo at the min, running around 15 psi.

 

std rst t3 turbo?

if so, about 200-220 bhp

 

yes at present until i earn some more money for an upgrade

 

which xe pistons are you using. i am not 100% but wen i was looking to do the zt route i was advised to use the calibra turbo pistons rather than the n/a ones. where as the n/a ones are best for zvh. ahmed bayjoo told me this. dont know if it helps.
