Default Attn- GB Turbo Solutions, Danny@R+A, and other turbo peeps.

Do any of you have comnpressor map and wheel sizes/trims etc etc for Volvo 740 Turbo T3 turbos?

Deffo .48 exhaust housing.
Think its .42 compressor housing.

Also are there any other cars that use identical or very similar spec T3s?

(Or has anyone got another 740 Turbo T3? )

wheel is a 50 trim m8 so bigger than rst but smaller than 2wd cos.

exducer is the usual 60mm (common t3 size)
inducer is 42.5mm.

ex housing is as per saab etc although never seen a housing so not sure on fitment

cover is again std t3 (same as cos,rst,saab blah blah blah)

shaft is std t3 as is bearing housing,seal plate (blackplate)

saab 900 is a match on specs but again maybe not fitment (model tb0382)

Without really looking into it more cant help much m8, obviously you can find a 50trim map

So basically its same spec as Saab 900 turbo T3? Any particular years? 9000 too?

Basically I need another of same spec, identical fitment not too important, so was hopeing there would be other models with same one if cant find another 740 turbo one.

Cheers

Regarding housing, usual T3 flange (has a circular cutout to match manifold, but unimportant) and a 3 bolt outlet like a cossie, but on an extension to the back of the housing, without that extension itd be a 5bolt back like a RST one without the elbow attatched.

Matters what camber you want??

i think last time i measured a -50mm xr2 it was around 1.5' - 2' neg camber.

What sort of arms do you want? modified adjustable std arms, or a set of my own spec ones?

pm me your reply.

i measured a few T3 i have here.

2xCossie T3's, one with 2wd housings, one with 4wd housings, and a ERST.

Turbo = ind - exd - Trim

2wd = 46.2 - 60.04 = 59.21
4wd = 46.4 - 60.04 = 59.72
ERST = 40.5 - 60.00 = 45.56

Does that mean even tho both cossie T3 i have are 4wd items?

Whats the correct 2wd and 4wd ind and exd?
