does it matter what way rounf a conrod goes?

i cant remember what way round the conrod goes on this engine its in the right cylinder does it matter if its spun wwong way (not upside down)
i expect its a zetec bottom end chip, he's been asking questions about zvh parts/engines etc over the last week
when i built my mates zetec turbo engine, the eagle rods were symetrical, so could have gone in either way.

I did say the ZETEC, I always mark things anyway then check as so nit to assume it right in the first place, last machins hop Imused fitted two one way two the other way to pistons.
I got my info years ago from the factory that assembled them.
