a mate of mine has got a bird pregnant, she has said its his but said he aint havin anything to do wiv the baby, eva, but he really wants to be a dad to the baby.

Unless the mother agrees the amount is ZERO, unless he goes through a solicitor etc, DNA bla bla bla, ends up having VERY restricted access and paying for it for 16 years.
Better off speaking to lady and coming to agreement, maybe even DNA if he's not convinced(?).

Why does the law in ths country always look after the woman why can they say when and where you see your kids ,, if its your child you should have exactly the same rites as the mother ( as long as you pay up ) but no you have access when it suits them

Nope as said if his name isn't on the birth certificate then he has no joy, first thing i would do is pay for a DNA then if it is his, take her arse to court and apply to the court for PR.
