Default Fitting new poly track control arm bushs.....

Got to fit some new powerflex outer track control arm bushs to my Sapph at the weekend

can anyone give me a quick rundown to fitting them please??

Easy enough to do, very self explanatory.
Car in air wheels off, you can either undo the roll bar mounts and do both sides at once or one at a time, because of the spring of the roll bar splaying out it can be a pain sometimes to get back in the TCA, just put rear most bush on the roll bar, push into arm, then you can persuade front ones in easier.
Remember to put the weight of the car on the wheels, BEFORE you tighten the anti roll bar/TCA nuts, I do this by lowering onto axle stands.

done it today it was a pain in the arse but took a deep breath and got it done took nearly 3 hours but i was on my lonesome

Yes it did mate feels alot more stable and it also sorted out a little wobble i had at 60mph that i couldnt get my head around but as soon as it was done and cheaked everything took it out and drove better than ever
