Easy enough to do, very self explanatory.
Car in air wheels off, you can either undo the roll bar mounts and do both sides at once or one at a time, because of the spring of the roll bar splaying out it can be a pain sometimes to get back in the TCA, just put rear most bush on the roll bar, push into arm, then you can persuade front ones in easier.
Remember to put the weight of the car on the wheels, BEFORE you tighten the anti roll bar/TCA nuts, I do this by lowering onto axle stands.
