will it be safe for me to drive at 7:40am seeing as how i have a low tolerance to alcohol?

Doubt it mate. I got plastered one night and felt just as pissed at 6:30 the next morning when I got up for work. I had to get the missus to drive me in and she wasn't pleased at all.
