Default Series 1 Indicators

Getting various opinions but in your opinion should S1 front indicators be clear or amber. I would also like to know what your reason is behind your vote.

Thanks
Dominic

clears. Orange matches NOTHING on the car - they should be discrete - not stand out like a sore thumb.

Ambers all the way. Had clears on mine when i bought it. I changed to ambers and the car looked soooooooo much better. Breaks the white up IMO. I did a poll a while back (can't find it now) and i think it was around 80% in favour of ambers

Looks like you've already made your mind up

As above Ambers as they break up all the white.

Hard to say, i voted amber because being a VERY white car it makes the front end distinguishable and theres just something i like about the look, after all you have red/orange/white lights on the back so IMO clear indicators are lost unless you are changing all the lights.

But on the flip side of the coin - if you fit clears they should be the completely clear ones as above, they look shit with orange filters showing through like egg yolks

i've got the same dilemma matey, got brand new ambers and brand new clears but i'm not sure

i agree with the general consensus if its bog stock standard it needs ambers but if its modded, clears

AMBER

Unless you have totally clear as s1 ste said, fitted with silver-tec style bulbs. Ones with orange filters behind or orange bulbs fitted (see smits sig above) aren't as good looks-wise imo. Sorry Smit

Thats the problem, IMO they both look good but i am swayed to the ambers. I am going to let the vote decide

dont know why series 2 look better with clears and not amber, where as series 1 i look at think when they were first made and first modded on in the early days clears wernt even thought of,so i suppose people just got used to the standard rally look!
