Bank charges
anyone know about how to calm back money from your bank for when they have OVER CHARGED you for missing a direct debet paymant and going outside of your overdraft ect? i think this was on tv on watch dog, banks charging you £30 for missing payments when i think the charge should be £3.50 or something like that
