How do you remove them? I know it should ideally be an engineers job but im just curious

 

This isn't the easest thing to do,


you will need a punch that fits into the guide, and seats well on the guide, but isn't any wider than the guide.
Then you get a large club hammer, and drive them out from the bottom.



i made my own tool up, and can do them fine now.
