Default How to unblock a shower drain?

My shower is a pain in the arse at the mo as the drain is really slow and water builds up in shower cubicle. I guess this is due to the amount of fucking hair that collects due to my mrs washing her hair and letting everything go down the plug

I have plucked out the obvious stuff but how the hell can i do the rest? Is there anything you can pour down to unblock or what?

You want one of these including the large cup.

Use it to suck the hairs / soap back up the drain into the tray.

Then use it regularly to keep the drain clear.

You can get them from B & Q or Wickes but they cost a lot more

They will suck and blow, if you push the blockage down you risk blocking the pipework up lower down or even blowing the pipe work apart at a join.
I've been using the same one for years in commercial buildings.
