Without driver how much do they weigh? and how much do you think mine weighs now as I'd say it was heavier now with the AP 6pots, 18" Comps and tyres, extra litre or two of oil in the big wing sump, bigger turbo, all the little add on's?

So around 1400kg for mine maybe?

He has 365bhp and I have 427bhp (on the same rollers)

I know those RA's are light fookers need to find out how much his weighs he said under 1200kg but I wanna get some figures or i'll never hear the end of it

 

A P1 weighs 1265kgso an RA should be well under 1200.

the close ratio gearbox on the RA will hel on the twistes too.

 

Got to give it to him its a pukka car, really fun to drive

He only good to about 120 and then he runs out of gears!! then you fly bye waving

 

That used to be the case but he recently smashed his gearbox and when it was rebuilt had 5th replaced for standard ratio the bastard

 

yours wil be worth something in 5 years time too

 

I've always said that weight needs to come off first before you get a really fast car!

 

From my point of view I now have a car thats as faster then my old Fiesta and my mates light weight Subaru and I have a full road trim plus theres more power to come

 

When mines back together i am going to take it to the local weigh bridge and see.
